These classes are designed to inspire and assist you in your efforts to better health. Our timetables and classes are personalised to each club with a wider variety at our larger clubs. Class descriptions can be found when clicking on the name on the timetable. Bookings are only required for classes that are near capacity, noted in the description. When booking the first time, an account can be created by using the same email address as your membership and a password will be sent to you.
Occasionally classes may need to be cancelled or instructors change due to instructor commitments or sickness - we apologize for any inconvenience.
