All our memberships come with a free orientation where our staff show you the ins and outs of how to use our equipment as well as answer any burning questions you have.

Our gym is a place where you are meant to feel comfortable so if any question comes up down the track our team are more than happy to help.

With our Dedicated Membership you have access to our online training app with over 20 programs for specific goals. All programs have a how-to video so you can quickly learn the correct technique, as well as options to record your training and track your progress.

Classes are a great way to start training when you’re trying to make a change. All our classes are catered to all fitness levels, and most are held in a small group training environment where you won’t be intimidated by mass numbers.
