Hey there Team, I’m rob and just a little about me, Fitness is a passion of mine, and what I love more than anything is passing on my knowledge and skills to all ages and cultures. Getting to know my community is super important to me, whether that’s through fitness or just a chat, I’m always keen to be that support system.
My goal is to make all feel comfortable and confident within the gym, within me and my abilities and within themselves.
I’m always on the floor, mornings, afternoons, and evenings, Always keen for a chat, come and say hi if I haven’t already (which is pretty unlikely 😊 )

“Since last year, I have got to know Rob as a regular member of Tawa Fitness 24/7. He is friendly, polite, and approachable. He always volunteers to help fellow members either with setting up equipment or advice for fitness skills. Rob inspires others by working out almost every day in the gym.
