5km Run Training Program

We’re excited to be repeating our running program again this year. It’s a great way to meet with like minded people that are working on the same goal as you.

There’s no experience necessary and being on the treadmill allows everyone to go at their own pace.

Our team will meet with you once a week to take you through your group session and give you your program for training the rest of the week.

No membership is required to participate in our weekly training sessions.
