Sally has grown up and lived in the Porirua region all her life and is now a qualified Personal Trainer and Dance Teacher. After finishing college Sally danced full time for 2 years at Wellington Performing Arts Centre gaining a diploma in dance and then went on to teach dancing in styles such as ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, lyrical and cheerleading.

Sally has almost 10 years teaching experience working with children aged from 2 years and up right through to adults. To help increase the strength and flexibility of her dancers, Sally then went on to gain her Personal Training qualifications and has now also found a love in working with clients one on one, especially those brand new to the workout scene and those who are a bit nervous to get started! Brand new in 2016, Sally has started running SWPT which has the moto "Love Fitness. Love Dance. Love Yourself"

Sally's aim is to help people learn to love fitness and find a joy in working out. To help those with a love of dance to gain strength, fitness and flexibility to be the best dancers they can be. To help those new to the fitness journey especially to love themselves and know that they can do it!

Kia Ora my name is Kylee and I believe health is a frame of mind, a habit a something you do on the daily to make you feel good. You can not exercise and not feel great, it is a chemical reaction. I am starting my Personal Training career and personalisation is key. Getting to know each other and creating programs specific to your goals will be achieved together as a team. Nutirition is absolute key, 70% nutrition, 30% exercise. Enough said there, I was once told "you can not out exercise an overeating, eating habit " Food is energy and with some simple equastions it is easy to see how you gain triglycerides (fats), how you lose triglycerides and also how to maintain body composition.

You are the motivation and me the guide. Lets work together to create an exercise and eating habit that you create from your own desire to attain your feel good factor. We can achieve anything we put our minds to and with complimentary action our way is clear to realise it. Only we can possibly get in our own way, but we know that any appearance that may obscure our realisation we have the ability within us to manouevre over, under, around or through it. I have been involved in the fitness industry for the last 10 years. Initially it was for my personal health & fitness. After my sixth child, I gained alot of weight and tipped the scale at 112kg. This was the catalyst to making a change to my life. I dropped 56kg's to compete in my first bodybuilding competition. After a couple of years of bodybuilding, I decided to broaden my horizons and got involved in different competitive sports:

Powerlifting, Training & fighting Muay Thai, Xfit, Olympic Weightlifting, Strong Women Competitions

I decided to become a trainer so that I may encourage & motivate others to reach their ultimate fitness levels. I enjoy working with all age groups and fitness levels.
